GPR's customer service is AWESOME!!!

My highside at barber left my new (to me) GPR damper looking pretty chewed up:

I called GPR last week and told them what happened. I even told them that I bought the damper used when they asked if I still had the receipt. They told me no problem just send it in and they would take care of it for me. So for the cost of shipping (about $8 there and $10 back) they serviced the damper, put new seals, oil and replaced the beat up top and bolts with new pieces. I got it back today and it looks like new again. that is the type of customer service that will keep people coming back.

Thanks GPR!

It looks just like the picture but it's not all scratched up.

I'll get pictures some later, or I may wait untill I've got the bike all back together.

I just find it awesome that they would be willing to fix crash damage without complaint.

That's great. I wish they would own up to their baseplate issue here: https://www.600rr.net/vb/showthread.php?t=72745

It's a good thing you don't have one of the longer stems or else you would be singing a different tune.. lol
