I've recently started buying from motoneko and Sree and Mike are A+ guys with great products and customer service.

I've also had my tire changed by Mike for a whopping $35 (wheel on the bike)!

I wish I could say the same for them. I placed an order a week ago and they keep giving me the run around on how it's going to ship out the day I call and they'll send a tracking number and I never get anything. Unfortunately I don't know if I'll ever do business with these guys again. All I ask is for them to be honest with me. It's not very good customer service to lead someone on for 3 days and tell them something is going to ship.
