vendor problem

ok i ordered some parts from they took my money out on the 22nd of last month and said the order was in process. so i call tuesday and wednesday. no answer left messages, no call back. so i email them and call today and the number was changed and the new number doesnt work. have anyone used them???? i guess i have to call and cancel the order through the credit card company.
