Wheel Maintenance/Detailing

Don’t know where to post about “detailing” so I’m slapping this thread here.

So I bought S100 wheel cleaner to clean my wheels. I basically just sprayed it on, let it soak, and wiped away with a microfiber towel (I don’t have access to a hose so did not “rinse” off”). Now a lot of this stuff leaked down to my tires. I wiped off any noticeably wet spots, but I’m wondering do I need to be concerned about this making my tires slippery? Will it be difficult to get off? Will it have a similar effect like putting tire shine onto motorcycle tires? Thanks

I'd ride carefully for a few miles to scrub tires a bit....
