I didn't do the mid filler panel because it breaks up the paint and ties the seat and frame together. They will be done later to match the frame and seat when I get those done.

As for cost, it was all done in my shop so all I paid was materials.
Epoxy primer
surfacer primer
House Of Kolor black base
HOK silver marblizer
HOK cobalt blue candy faded from 10 to 1 coat fender to tail
HOK polyurithane clear in high gloss/mirror finish

I have about $800-$1000 in materials at cost.
