Could the driver claim "clutch/throttle malfunction"?

Hey, if old people can mow down a crowd of people and not get charged, this guy should get over. (he didn't hit anything)

I always thought cops liked donuts.

Hahahahahah Happened to me when I was 16. I had a 94 Cherokee Laredo 5.0 High Output. Man those things had some power. Well, it had just rained so I saw a nice corner and I drifted it. The cop was on the other side behind some bushes. :bitchslap:
