BBQ Pics On A Stomry Day! NO 56k

Well, the way everyone is acting around here you'd think the "The Great Storm of 1874"-imagine old timer telling you this-was on its way to town. There's not a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk on a store shelf in 90 miles!

So I say screw em'! I got baby back ribs and boston butt on the grill, and a whole lot of beer in the cooler! :D

Keep in mind, the ribs aren't even close to being done. I'll post a finished product picture tonight

as I leaf through menus from various local restaurants trying to choose which poorly prepared aluminum lined styrofoam sealed container will hold my dinner I can't help but feel that someone somewhere is eating much much better food...

That's a good idea. I definitely want to organize some big cook outs for this summer. Hell, anytime actually, I don't care what the weather is like. ONly thing that will really screw it up is the wind. If its really windy its hard to cook with that thing.

Big party this weekend for superbowl...

Another thing to consider too is that I am for hire with the cooker. So if any of you are trying to plan a big party for any reason and want some really good bbq'd food and your within a reasonable driving distance let me know!

I can do upwards of 300 pounds of meat on this thing. thats enough for around 600 people.

Wow... that's a lot of food. How cool would it be to have a huge cook out for a wedding. Not all that fluffy, frilly stuff but some good old BBQ and some beers... hahaha, that's too funny.

I foresee some road trips around March. There is rumor of VIR on the 11th. Just rumor at this stage.

Very nice. Does that mean you have to cook?
I guess part of the fun is cooking anyway, hmmmm.
