I was going through the parking garage, up to the top level and a lady was on her cell phone needless to say my full exhaust yosh pipe made it impossible for anyone to talk or hear on their cell phone while in the parking garage. The look on her face was priceless.

I've been riding myself as well.... put about 100 miles on with a buddy this past weekend in the twisties, and then riding to work this week (today as well). It's been real nice this week.... 40's in the mornings, and low-mid 60's during the day. Awesome!!

Glad you're still able to get out and ride in Chicago as well.... my sister and parents live up there, I know it's been getting rather chilly lately!

NY's riding season isn't THAT bad. I usually ride from mid-March to December. It's a good 9 months. January and February are absolutely a no-no for riding. It gets way too cold. I can live with a 9 month season.

You should be wearing full leathers at the drag strip anyhow, I got skinned up in jeans going 60mph... It would have been alot worse had I not been wearing leather gloves, and leather jacket w/ a full faced helmet.

Well let's see

I only have the bike.... so....

riding in December? Check
riding in the rain? Check
riding in the snow? Check

wait a second... I live in California... There's no stinkin' snow at my house!

So lucky to live in a climate where winter riding is not only possible, but somewhat common

Yesterday was a treat in Michigan. Mid-50s, a little rain in the morning but cleared up. Put about a hundred miles. Met up with Shane (Repsol600) to by the Driven gross he was selling, grabbed some lunch at the local fresh cantina, and loped back home. Really nice ride.

Today it's in the 20s, wind chill in the low to mid teens, and calling for snow tomorrow. Eff you mother nature and double eff you to Michigan.
