GoPro sound problem

Alright I need some help from some GoPro gurus. Every time I take a video on my GoPro the sound is always like 4 seconds ahead of the video.. Why is this and how do I fix it?

Ive tried using windows movie maker and uploading it straight from the GoPro file to Youtube and still always off. Why does it do this and who knows how to fix it?
