It's a domestic, cops can't just leave. Too many battered wives protect their husband when cops show up.

Seems like cops today are so quick to taser someone. I remember when tasers first came out, they were marketed as a life saving device to replace a gun in certain life or death situations. How is a guy holding a camera in his living room a life or death situation? Or do they have the right to shoot anyone who won't follow a command? That's what bugs me.

Again people baiting cops.. Just comply if you have nothing to hide unless your seriously being mistreated f**ing A..

And as above they cant just leave on a DV call. All parties must be interrogated to assure no one is at harm. Im glad the dude got tazed. I cant stand when people are over night lawyers and know all laws pertaining to cops.. Was it right no but I'm happy it shut his a** up.

If you want a youtube video yes follow this guys instructions and argue with cops and spit out laws you heard from some guy some where at work on your lunch.

If you want everything to go smooth comply and let the cops make wrongful arrests and have them reprimanded and sued by AN ACTUAL LAWYER who's job it is to enforce wrongful force.

Now to sit and wait for people to argue with an as anti corrupt power guy as they come about how it was their right and right for them to fight back.

That was awesome. Personally, I side with the Cops. Don't try to gain fame, or make a law suit that is unjustified off our police force. They are just doing their job.

Completly justified. Exigent circumstance!!! Exigent circumstances may make a warrantless search constitutional if probable cause exists. Eg. An emergency situation requiring swift action to prevent imminent danger to life or serious damage to property, or to forestall the imminent escape of a suspect, or destruction of evidence.
Love the taser

they still had no right to enter the home without a warrant even if it was a call for DV but on the other hand say if the guy was beating the daylights out of the woman then yeah thats probable cause to gain entry. but they said no domestic violence was present and they could clearly see that there wasnt any violence present if youre saying that a cop can just do that is wrong who is to stop a law enforcement officer from kicking down my neighbors door if i call reporting DV against them..

Well if you were the arressor and you said "there is no DV going on here" in order to send the cops away, wouldn't you? Also, I thought I heard a child or someone else talk about children present. Shouldn't the parents be with the children not arguing with themselves or with the cops? Hence the presence of the boys in blue
