Pin Striping as rim tape makes me want to hurt things

Man was this stuff is a pain in the balls. It didn't want to stick also it's very cold out so that didn't help much. I had to use a heat gun to make it stick on. It's also very warped and all over the place but I don't really care. It's not noticable unless you get down and look at it. I really like how it looks though so I'll keep it on for now. What do you guys do for rim tape? Where do you get the pre-curved rim tape and is it any good? Here's some pics.

They are pretty bad because it's dark in my garage and my camera sucks too.

hyperdrive makes curved rim tape. i got it with a decal set i bought from him but chucked it. i prefer thinner reflective tape. no problems putting it on, but i'm assuming it's not as cold here as where you are.

did you make sure to clean the rim with windex? i follow that up with rubbing alcohol. to make sure the surface is super-clean for the adhesive.

hyperdrive is a member here. he's also on ebay as "srsigndesign" or something like that. very reasonable prices on high quality decals.
