What is this!

It looks like a dirt bike but it has street tires... sorry for my newbieness i really dont know about dirt bikes... but i know i want one!

This one looks awesome.. is it a dirt bike? how much do these go for?

What would be a good dirt bike for a starter? i've been riding my 600rr for about 4 months..

Somebody brief me on Dirt Bikes!

Toobs, you can take almost any dirtbike and turn it into a supermotard. Street tires and a little bit different suspension setup and there ya go. Signals and a headlight (4 stroke only) and you can ride it to work.

it's a little more involved than that, but that's the basic idea. the wheel/hub setups for street tires on a dirtbike run about $1800. need a bigger stator/reg to run all the lights and whatnot. then the hardest part is getting it licensed.

too bad Honda's 450 motard isn't being sold in the US. that thing is badass

And Suzuki sells a street legal supermoto right out the door, the DRZ400SM.

Check it out, its pretty cool.

thanks, that DRZ is pimp in black. i watched the local shop (http://www.grpowersports.com/default.asp) put one of those together. i want one bad, but holdin out for the Honda.
