Doesn't feeding your snake live prey make it more agressive towards you when you try to pick him up and stuff because it brings out his instincts?

Yes.

but, you take the snake out with something else, like a pole or something. The snake learns that if something is moving in his cage its food, so you take him out of his cage before you touch him, you dont take him out with your hands.
