Found some old test videos or our led headlight

Messing around with some led's awhile ago we came up with this setup. I have some night video of it's visibility as well below. Not bad for led's and a reflector!

Nice. How do you find the beam pattern as leds cause lighting hotspots. Never really found the beam (legally speaking) adequate in refractor lenses.

Led's with a spot light are not as scattered as flood lights. Getting the right angle reflector is where you get the best light output. Not too focused but not too wide. This was also just put together to see if we had enough light output. With fine adjustments we could still use this setup to give it a good line of sight and cutoff. Just has to be a demand for this to proceed.

I know people were interest in these and we have some great quality led's now that we are going create another set of these and show the output/pattern. For those that are wanting this setup or similar let us know. T
