It's actually really just an omaplata...Royce just modified it to put most of the pressure on the wrist instead of the elbow and shoulder which is where you usually feel it.
I just remembered, I learned this move from Royler himself, at his seminar in 2005. In his seminar earlier this year, we went over 2 other Omaplata variants again. He demonstrated the move on me to show the finishing touch. I can tell you that he had such a perfect leverage position with the finish that it took very little force on his part to make it hurt like hell!
