I dont know if this is chopped or not. License plates in Europe are already huge. Even if this one is a chop, there are others out there that I have seen with my own eyes. When I get back to germany I'll take some pics of some retarded bikes.

It's not chopped, the german license plate is even bigger than the italian one...Probably they have the biggest in the world. Btw ugly

it serves as a backrest...or maybe its high like that so the parachute can come out better since the rider probably rides really really really fast
