I would love to do that but the components on my bike would be shot after the 3rd jump.

I think you would want a downhill full-susp bike for that. I saw no peddling.

i think you need full suspension for that...i don't think there are too many riders smooth enough to do freeride trails with a hardtail

I think I read that this vid was done on this guys property. That is some serious hard work and dedication to build all of those ramps etc. if it's true.

I just got into downhill mtb racing/riding. That video is pretty sweet. Expensive hobby though. :(

yeah i went to CO the other weekend and while walking down the streets of Boulder i came across a couple of bike shops. i went in and found mnt bikes for over $4g's and i was like WOW i'll just stick with the huffy and get a crashed RR for that and race it or stunt it

Depends apon how big you are into eather one. You can get mountain bike that are upwards of 5,000 dollars. Yeah motorcycle racing is more but mountain biking is not cheap by any means

expensive hobby

yeah its an expensive hobbie i had over 4k in my old bike then i crashed bad destroyed my frame broke a few ribs separated my shoulder and knocked 3 of my front teeth out .. i actually got hurt less when i went down on my old 600rr lol .. after a few grand in medical bills ( no insurance at the time ) and a almoste totaled bike i got out of it .. this video makes me miss i though
