for specific reasoning go to my "little situation turning big" thread smh

stated the item i sold him was damaged..
so i agreed to refund his money nd he refuses to return the swingarm.

sold it for $65 and now he wants $90 and refuses to return the swingarm.
"going to deal with his lawyer now"

Are you serious? Dude that does not even make sense.... and if he getting a lawyer that is a total waste in time and money. Why would expect to get a refund as well as keep the item.

It does not take brains to end this transaction in peace if he wants his
money he needs to ship you the part back its that simple unless you tell
him otherwise so now the ball is in his court so to speak it all depends on
his next move

If it doesn't challange you it won't change you

Exactly, also am I missing something here? I've never bought anything online that I needed to return and not pay for return shipping. Unless it was a transaction with a guarantee like what you see on TV infomercials. Its just one of the chances you take when doing online business.

Just ignore him, you got your money right? You've already tried to get him to return and refund the money and he won't.. he probably already installed the part, dropped his bike and rashed it. SCAM

Last I checked, a new swingarm was around $600. Am I remembering incorrectly?
