Feathercarbon

I don't know what the problem is. I sent the money over a week ago and my cf windshield still hasn't arrived?? I heard many guys on here bought from him, but he didn't even answer my emails?

Does anyone have a better relationship with him who can ask whats going on?? I'm starting to get worried.

Ok seriously, a lot of members bought from this guy and he doesn't pick up his phone or return his emails. What steps do I have to take to get what I paid for??

I'm been more than patient.

Dude, it's only been 2 weeks. Try waiting 2 months for your exhaust... You need to be patient in life sometimes. Where else would you find the stuff he's making for us?? This guy is doing us a service. Respect that fact and relax a little.

Hey you know what, maybe you should be pushing whoever sold you a product too. Yet when feathercarbon says I should receive it anyday, and 2 weeks pass, I'm going to say something. I'm not calling anyone out for bs reasons.

I'm a kickback, lazy guy, more than patient sometimes, but I want what I paid for. I'm sure anyone would do the same in my position.

Called today, I got Jill on the line and left a message for Thomas. I asked if he's still sick, and surprisingly she said no... Let's see what happens.

I haven't heard anything from Thomas. Has anyone really heard anything of this? I'm not sure what to do from here.

Feather carbon is a one man operation
his wife Jill handles the billing & shipping orders
and other office duties if u want to order parts
just call Thomas and place your order if u wish

I called Jill the other day and again left my name and number. No response. I don't know why he just won't email me back himself, or call me? I will wait patiently for another week and get back.

^ Yeah I finally got my part, but the thing was he didnt communicate at all that it was going to take so long. If he were to simply tell me it will take a bit longer and he'd fill me in, I would have felt better because I dont know him and I'm relying on the honor system.
