Bar Ends

The bike was laid down when I got it and I've been slowly but shurly upgrading and fixxing things. I'm now to the bar ends. I went to pull out the bar end that was that was scuffed up and the damn thing wont turn at all. It almost feels like someone put lock tite on the screw. The head of the screw is getting all messed up I'm down to two ideas. One use a cut off wheel and cut the damn bar end or drill out the screw... I know I could replace the clip on as well but I'm leaving that for last resort. Any ideas?

If your screw head is almost gone.. go ahead and start drilling... the weight will pop right out once the head is drilled off.. downside is you have to order a new screw.. its only a few bucks from ..

Heres the thread..
