Help Diagnose Fuel Issue?

2005 600RR
Mods: Jardine Slip on, Power Commander, BMC Air Filter.

Bike has run for over 10k miles with mods and no problems until now.

Problem: Lower RPM it feel Sluggish and when I keep the revs at 6-7k the engine sputters, it feels like it out of gas and about to cut out until I rev it up to 8k and beyond.

Yes I have gas in the tank

I am thinking: ECU, Power Commander, Fuel Pump or Fouled Plugs?

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Also will 07-08 parts work on my bike?

Fuel Pump and ECU?

Unplug the PC3 and see if the problem still persists.
