help my bike doesn't start!

So I was working on my bike installing my HID. I got them finally to work but I tried to start up the bike and nothing happens. Here are the things that does work: all the lights and the rev needle goes up and down. However I don't hear the fuel pump prime. I had to take out the whole front end when I had to install the hid. I double checked the harnesses and the connections to see if they are all connected properly.

see that sensor with the three red white and green wires sticking out of it, dead center of the fairing? Make sure it's connected and mounted like pictured.
