fairing clip removal

I'm trying to install some flush mounts and there are four screw type clips (phillips) that are keeping the fairing on. Do these just pop out by pulling or is there a secret to unscrewing them?

Not that hard loosen up the screw itself then use your nails to pull that screw
the whole asm will come off

If it doesn't challange you it won't change you
