Silly question. Where to buy batteries?

Hey guys, been very busy, and trying to help by brother out with his 250 ninja. He needs a fresh battery, and after stopping by a dealership (yes I know their a rip) they wanted roughly $80 for one. That's a damn car battery. Is there a better place to get them? I checked at walmart and there's weren't compatible (according to the little book). Just wondering, I'll get it if I have to, but I always try to avoid the dealership.
