Wierd Smell + Smoke

Yesterday i went out to go and buy some oil so i could do an oil change, i don't remember running anything over or smelling anything nasty.
Just now as i started up the bike i got a naaaaassssty smell...kinda like some dead roadkill cooking.... i check along my headers and piping to reveal nothing. My friend did say though that he might've saw some bluish-white smoke for a little bit from between the fairings near the radiator. i know that usually means burning oil right? but i dont see oil anywhere...

Help please?

Shes an 07 with about 5k miles

It's probably just some spilled oil burning off from when you did your oil change. Even if you don't see any, there can be some hiding on the headers at the weld seams.
