Quick q about turn signal leads

Putting on some aftermarket turn signals, the is the lead wire the orange/blue wire and the green the ground? These signals are just black wires, one with a white stripe. I want to crimp them the right way the first time.

Also, any advice on sealing them up to resist water/the weather? I have electrical tape that I'll wrap it up real good with.

Black with a white stripe connects to Solid Orange or Solid Blue
Black wire connects to Green
Buy some heat shrink tubing and use that way better than
electrical tape

Great, thanks. Will a hair dryer get hot enough to work with shrink tubing?

Heck, where can I get heat shrink tubing? Radio Shack?
