over heating

the bike has been running way to hot just short runs on it and the temp max's out ? I checked the coolant and it was straight coolant no water so I flushed it and put a 40% coolant 60% water solution back in and it still runs hot at idle please offer up some ways of figuring this out, THANKS

we need more info. what is "hot"? how well did you burp it?
