2007 cbr 600RR cluster not working!

Hey guys I recently picked up a salvaged 07 600RR to turn into a track bike and I can't seem to get the cluster to work... The bike has very minor damage so all the wiring is there. The only parts of the cluster that works is the clock, turn signals, and high beam light. The tach and the screen is not working.
Some useful information?
-no headlights/blinkers are plugged in
-the bike starts and runs fine
-the fuses and relays look ok
-the bike is completely stock
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

If you've checked fuses, try searching the forum. I believe there was someone recently with a similar problem.

my flush mounts were shorting out my cluster....there was a wire in the harness touching and kept shorting out my cluster....unplug those and change the fuse and see if it comes on
