Electrical Problem

I have a CBR 600RR 2005. I started installing an integrated tail light and now when i start my bike the tack does not work at all. i have no rpm meter, no speed or gas gauge. but my blinker lights and bright headlight lights still work.

Could this be a fuse or what else? and where would i find the fuse if it was one?

Any insight would be helpful thank you.
