Angry Oil Pan Leak

New 2008 600rr, 3200 miles, NO modifications, has sprung a leak where the oil pan meets the engine. The very slow drip happens when I ride in the heat especially. It leaks after a short ride (35 miles). After clean up and cool down it does not leak. I imagine it is as easy as bringing it to the dealer and telling them to replace the gasket? I have the extended warranty also. Is this common? Has anyone else had this problem?

YES I am sure this is where the leak comes from.

The leak rolls down the coolant reserve retention bracket. The leak is above the left bolt holding the coolant reservoir on the bike.

I'd bet either the EOP switch is leaking or the gasket on the right engine case.
