Rear shock sag

I'm trying to get rid of the "sag" in my rear end. I bought a tool that was specific for it but not sure what I'm doing. Its an 07. Usually their are two rings one to bust loose and the other you dial it in. On this bike its only one ring... HELP!

you should just be able to put the tool on the shock so that it depressed the detent and turn.
when i had my oem shock set that is all the suspension tuner did.

grab and twist

I gave it my all and nothing last night... I had two buddies hold up the ass end of the bike and still nothing. To give me more room I let my chain drop so I wouldnt have less clearance issues.
