FI light doesnt turn off.

So today i put a PCIII powercommander and a yoshimura slip on exhaust. after i did this and started my bike the FI light was blinking about every 3-5 seconds when the bike was in neutral with the kick stand down, now when i put the kick stand up the FI light stopped blinking but stays on, i rode for about an hour and a half today with it like this and didnt experience and problems. what is happening does anyone know?

as long as it was in nautral and kick stand down when the bike is on it blinks every 3-4 seconds and doesnt stop, all blinks are ide say the same length. just goes solid when i kick the stand up and put it in gear.

what year do you have.
if its an 07 plus did you leave the exhaust servo plugged in.

tps sensor back on

my money is on the fact that you forgot to plug back in the MAP sensor under the air box.
i unbolted my MAP and zip tied it to the wiring harness the first time i noticed what a PITA it is
