Front Wheel Noise

When I roll my bike into my apartment the front wheel/rotor makes noises like the front brake is grabbing slightly. It's a grinding or scrapping sound. Not the whole time but once or twice on a wheel revolution.

It feels just fine when I'm riding. Is this normal? Never been down and it only has 2,500 miles on it. 2008

If its the noise that i think you're talking about, yes thats normal. Thats just the disc brakes.

But it should sound more like a rubbing sound.

My '07 sounds like sandpaper and metal... Pads are good and rotors look fine... nothing is grinding into either but it does sound worse than I expect it to.
