rear brakes problem.

wuts up yall. im having trouble with my rear brakes on my 07rr. i removed the factory hose and brake fluid resivoir and replace it with a g-craft resivior that bolts directly to the master cylinder(no hose). i bled it and got good braking power. my problem is when i willie the bike my rear brakes go out (soft pedal) not stopping. im thinking its the g-craft allowing it to pick up some air when the bike is vertical. anyone have this issue and i there a fix. i would really like to keep my g-craft brake fluid resivoir on.
