Question Fuse C keeps blowing on my 03

I went through and completely checked all my wiring and I failed to find a single frayed wire at all on the bike. I replaced the fuse twice now, once with a 10A and the second time with a 15A to see if it was just the weak fuses. The 10A lasted all of 5min and the 15 lasted about half an hour. What I didn't do was unplug all of my connections and replug them all back in, just the one to my cluster guage. I assume that something is vibrating around and grounding out but I don't believe I can find the break with a shortage locator since it isn't constant. Any ideas on where I should be looking in the wiring to fix the ploblem? It has been fine for the last four months that I have owned the bike and has never had the issue with the previous owner.
