Exclamation Rear Brake, stuck and not working... help plz

ok, so awhile ago i took off the right heel pad that holds part of the back brake. i put it back on and its been fine.. the other day my brakes were squeekin so i sprayd them with some wd40. duh then the back one wasnt grabing... it was barly working.. so i was lookin at it and noticed that one of the bolts holdin the heel plate was missin, and the other one was loose.. now, right before i noticed this i rode it and the brake pedel seemd really loose. so after i seen that bolt was missing and loose, i tighted the bolt that was still there. (really tight.) then i rode it and now its REally stiff and will stick down when i push it down. and still its not grabing the caliper. so my back brack is F'ed up, ne help? thx

Don't take this the wrong way, but you are lacking the knowledge to tackle a job like this.
My advice is: Don't ride the bike as is. Have someone who knows his stuff fix it.
