"C" fuse keeps blowing

Hey all,
I have a 2003 CBR 600RR that keeps blowing the "c" fuse which operates the Tach, license plate light, Neutral light, engine oil light, and the speedo.......I have replaced the fuse and as soon as i turn the ignition into the "on" position it blows.....any ideas?

thanks.

Check loose wiring or exposed wires. You have a short somewhere.
