need help bike keeps dieing!!??

Hey Guys... I got a problem with my bike... the fuel pump and the fan keep cutting out. I will be going just a little ways acceleration is fine but when i pull the clutch or down shift the engine will just stop and winded down and I will stop... i turn the key off then hit the ignition switch and the fuel pump wont even prime then I wait for a minute or so and then it will prime and the bike will start.. It weird it will sit there and idle all day but once i put a load on it and let off it will just cut... any ideas what it might be??

Weird.??? Might be a bad fuel pump in the making. I know it's been hit or miss with the 2003-2006 CBR's. What year, how many miles and mods?
