Powdercoated clutch cover, now leak.

After powdercoating my clutch cover, I am having a leak from the clutch "extension" piece. The part that the clutch cable connects to. What can I do to fix it without having to take off the clutch cover again since I already RTVd it and it doesn't leak. Maybe I put the washer on wrong?

NO: 17 is what you need. You will have to pull the cover back off to get the clutch rod back out to put in the seal. T
