Speedometer not working, Sort of

I just replaced my front signals with hotbodies flush mounts. The Signals work great, and so do the bright light switch. However, after putting everything back together, the speedometer, tach and neutral light do not work. I made sure that all of the connectors were in properly and they were.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Thanks

edit: also the rear brake running light does not work, but it lights up when I grab the brakes
