Hiss Sound and Water Mist - Front End

I was teaching my girl how to ride last night and she was using the friction zone to go about 5mph around the block. I was walking with her. The temperature was around 221 when I heard a hiss and water mist out from the front of the bike by the lights. I turned the bike off immediately, waited a few minutes, turned it on and drove it around to see if it would happen while riding normally. It did not do it again. Does anyone have any ideas?
It's a 2007 CBR 600.

^^ thats my guess. Thats about the temp that the fans should come on. I would try to simulate what you were doing and get it that warms again. Let it hiss for a bit and see if you can see where the water is coming from. Might be a Pinhole somewhere.
