might have done something wrong

I installed a yoshi rs-5 full exhaust on my 06 and i also installed the pc3 w/ the ignition mod... now the problem im having is that my bike doesnt want to stay running at idle sometimes. and sometimes i have to disconnect the ignition mod to get it started... and just today i was riding home from work at about 4-4500 rpm and it shuttered while i was driving it. (thats the first time its done that). it seems like its getting worse, i have had the parts on for about a month and a half, but i still havent had the igniton mod tuned. i dont know if i should just take the pc off of just leave it and just wait it out till i can go get it tuned.

also it sputters alot between 5 and 6500 rpm

Take the PC off till you get the correct map for it.
