Front brake lever pulsing under hard braking.

hi,

When I grab the front brake lever hard, the lever starts to vibrate / pulsate. It feels like the pads are catching onto those holes on the rotors. As the bike slows down, vibrations slows down as well. Does anyone know what problem this might be?

If the rotors are warped, will the lever vibrate under light braking as well? I'm not getting any vibrations under light braking.
