throttle to start, rough idle?

after this winter when i go to start the bike i have to give it a little gas. once it gets going it idles a little rough.

i have put a full system pipe on it and switched to a race battery and a pc3. could it be one of these 2? i was thinking because the race battery is smaller it does not crank it as fast.

i just had it dyno tuned and the guy also noticed it. it made close to 113 at the wheel so it seems to perform fine.

any ideas?

If its older than '06... you have an idle adjust. is the idle too low?
