Fairing question

My bike has a rebuilt statis, the fairings dont sit right, gaps at the side and the tank cover doesnt bolt in properly under the seat

would this be from someone putting the wrong fairings on or is it the ?subframe? being rebuilt?

I got the same issue and its the fairings. when i replaced mine (2006 600rr) with Motofansclub fairings kit it looked exactly like your pics...total B***S*** on the perfect fitment crap and I'll never do business with them again.

if you check on the underside, there will be Honda markings molded into the fairing.

seems my camera flash has broken, the white "honda" feels like a decal or did you mean take the fairing off the bike and look at the back there?

Yes, take it off and look on the underside. Honda uses graphics under the clearcoat just like aftermarket companies do, so it's hard to tell from that.

i just put my Motofanclub fairings on, besides having to make a couple holes a little bigger, they fit great no gaps no other issues, i'll have pictures tomorrow.
