Turn signal switch sticking

Ok, so ever since I got my bike, the turn signal switch was really sticky. It's kind of delayed moving back to center after I push it left or right. It just feels like it's got dirt in it or something. Does anyone know if there's something I can use to clean it out with?

I hopped on my friends zx6r and his switch feels so much better than mine.. Got me thinking I would really like to loosen mine up a bit finally.

Well, I guess I just answered my question. I went out and opened up the housing that holds the switches there, and the mechanism for the turn indicators is either just worn, or it was never exactly designed with the smoothest of operation in mind. It was pretty clean already, even after lightly lubricating it, it didn't make a difference.

Does anyone know if that whole housing with switches is interchangable with the ones from an 05? My bikes an 03 by the way.
