Talking Vibration while riding but stops when disengage clutch

I have a 06 and I've been searching all over and cannot find anything like my situation. This all started with just "squeaking" noises during acceleration around 3500-5000 RPM when i had a passenger. Then I noticed same noises in the same RPM range with just myself. Next, I notice vibration (and its getting worse) between 40-70 mph in all gears. As soon as I pull in the clutch, the vibration goes away and the ride is super smooth. This leads me to believe the wheels are in balance and must be something with drive train or engine. I've seen alot of threads on CCT but not sure what CCT does. Has anyone had an issue like this or know what can be wrong? Thanks!
