bike wont start after crash

The front end is toast! I took the wires that go to the BAS and cut them, left the middle alone and twisted the 2 outer wires together (im pretty sure thats what i read to do) and still nothing. I just want to see how it still runs before i fix it.

Now ive got power to all the gauges and everything, but no fuel pump. When i hit the start button nothing happens, just like trying to start it in gear. What do you guys think? maybe the starter button is broke inside or something. I dont have a manual so i dont know where any fuses or anything is.

Never mind, Im pretty sure i figured it out. I found the fuses and the starter fuse was blown, replaced it and it cranks but still no fuel pump. I searched around some more and i think i have the BAS bypassed wrong.

You jumped the BAS correctly. Check all the fuses and wiring... if a fuse blew... something shorted out and there may still be a problem.
