Will 07 rear sprocket fit on an 03?

MY vortex rear sprocket cracked. I need to get an emergency replacement. I have only found 07-08 600rr sprockets locally

My question is will the 07 rear sprocket fit my 03 600rr damper.

or could i just use the whole 07 sprocket and damper and mount it to my 03 wheel???

the part numbers are almost the same, teeth count are the same...

any info would be appreciated.

Stock '07 sprocket should be one tooth smaller than stock '03. but it will work. You can bolt it to your cush drive.

Also another good little bit of info i just found out. Rear wheel will fit 03-09 and the front 03-06 are the same, but 07-08 fronts wont fit lower years because of the rotor location.

600rr Sprockets fit all years :D
