Ignition Pulse Generator

Anyone have any experience changing the ignition pulse generator? What about pricing? I think thats my problem. The bike won't start and I've gone through almost everything. I'm going to call around tomorrow and see if I can find one but if anyone has any insight it would be nice. Thanks in advance.

So how'd that ever turn out with the pulse generator? Mine's been leaking crazy bad, so I bought a replacement pulse gen. Now I just gotta find the time to put it on...

Actually if it's just leaking oil all you need to do is drain the oil, remove the clutch cover, and reapply some sealant. I just replaced my IPG and used Permatex Indian Head Gasket shellac for the sealant. Just make sure you clean the surface thoroughly before applying the sealant.

Thanks! I might just do that and save the new pulse gen for later.

If you reuse the old IPG you will need to remove it from the cover and clean/reseal it before putting the cover back on. I didn't make that clear in the past post.
